KIPING

Have you tried Kiping? Kiping is a popular delicacy in Camiguin Island. It is usually eaten as a snack. It is made of sun-dried cassava paste, cooked thu frying and sprinkled with latik (a processed syrup made from muscovado and coco milk). Kipings are mostly found in Sto. Niño Cold Spring Resort, Sto. Niño, Catarman and Bura Soda Water Park, Bura, Catarman
